I am honored to serve the people of District 45 in the Louisiana House of Representatives. On October 22nd, I am seeking election to my final term.
In March 2010, I was elected Speaker Pro Tempore of the House by my colleagues. If the people of District 45 should bless me with re-election, I will seek to become Speaker of the House for this term.
This is an important chance to make Louisiana state government more effective, while making it smaller and more efficient.
With fiscally-responsible leaders willing to tackle the problems in our economy, struggling school system, the continuing medical crisis and the state’s ever-looming budget crisis, we can achieve real progress.
